IN THE ARMS OF A SILENT STORM

In this mean mean world why I embrace sin
The last resort of a restless heart
Why I lingered so far in a social coffin
Why can’t Homer make love to Mozart!

Who’ll mend my broken rhapsody
If not he who has lost his all
Dreams, to world’s moral parody
I’m a lizard crawling on his wall!

How seminal are these sinful trysts
Between two Adams burning bright
In this inferno solace exists
Enigma of love in black and white!

I’m a zephyr yearning for the spring
He is in cold world, a care-ss warm
Defiant nightingales will bleed yet sing
IN THE ARMS OF A SILENT STORM!
