Who damn, “REDEMPTION”, “S-E-D-I-T-I-O-N”
To slur, the anthem, of my cause
Can’t dare, silence, that rendition
Which echoes, defiance, of, my ethos!
In every, outraged, soul and heart
Rages on, furore, of freedom
May Mozart, vanquish, Bonaparte
In this, conquest of, every ism!
Erupts, every street, with the, same mutinous beat
“Our isle, ain’t a slave, of The, Red Regime
Break free, handcuffed hands, and, manacled feet
To redeem, our, only, cherished dream!
By a flag, foisted, on, our faith’s fief
Why, an alien, anthem, should, play along
No despot, can defeat, élan, of, our belief
We Belong, To, Our Song – “Glory, to Hong Kong”!
