A Sin Lay Bare

Daresay I, laws of love and lust
Are tangled, by that enigma
Which deifies, a sin august
And vilifies virtue, with chutzpa!

How aching’s angst, and beauty’s pride
Trade love and guile, in hearts’ bazaars
Why passion, seems so glorified
With bites of love, their lasting scars!

Behold her breasts, pure bliss at play
Two lips ain’t they, just not enough
Two more rooted, in her sly array
Love ain’t its worth, if not played rough!

Who dwells in you, beneath that skin?
What shows above, is a myth debonair
Which creed buried, your soul’s within
Beyond love’s veneer, A Sin Lay Bare!
